Let’s all be real here… Sunday is usually the day where we play catch up. Catch up on all of the things we didn’t do during the week, or have our fun filled weekend. Loads of laundry, last minute essay typing, house chores, the list could go on for days. It’s easy to get stressed during the work/school week, and we may face many obstacles before the days is over.
So, what is the point here? SELF CARE!
I don’t care what people tell you, the MOST important person you need to take care of is yourself. You can’t be a good student, the best parent, or the optimistic employee without taking care of yourself. It’s just not possible.
While I am on summer break, working full time, and a person who gets easily stressed. I created a Sunday Self-Care Challenge.
